Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. These services may process your data as described below:

• Cloudinary — stores and serves property images you upload. Images are hosted on Cloudinary's secure servers.
• Render — hosts our backend API servers. Your data is processed on Render's infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosts our website. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) may be collected.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — our database provider where your account and listing data is stored securely.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking

Our mobile application does not use cookies. On our website, we may use essential cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are embedded in our mobile application.

Analytics

We do not use any third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics) in our mobile application. We may collect basic server-side logs (such as API request counts and error rates) solely for the purpose of maintaining and improving service reliability. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information.

Data Security

Your password is hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption and is never stored in plain text. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team and we will process your request within 30 days.
